1、 Mobile phone issues

The vast majority of cases are due to unstable mobile phone networks, and some phones may have built-in power saving features that automatically turn off Bluetooth, causing the connection data saved by Bluetooth to be reset. It is recommended that you restart your phone to first disconnect WiFi and use the 4G network of your phone, then turn on Bluetooth before connecting to the POS machine.

2、 Problems with the equipment itself

We cannot avoid bumps and bumps in our daily lives, even our phones occasionally have slight friction, and POS machines and tools are the same. It is possible that small parts inside may be damaged due to accidental falling for too long, so Bluetooth cannot be connected. If we encounter this situation, we can contact the brand dealer for replacement.

3、 Implement network issues

The network connection of the POS machine cannot be connected, which may be due to the lack of traffic on the machine's own traffic card. At this time, we need to test and see if there is a continuous call during check-in or if the network communication self-test cannot pass during power on self-test.
